Site Safety Training Card is a mandatory training requirement to work on most construction sites in New York City, and is a proof that you have completed your training with an approved Department of Buildings training provider. OSHA Training School has partnered with Compu21 Training Institute, a New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) approved Site Safety Training (SST) provider and is authorized to issue the mandatory Limited, Temporary, Site Safety (Worker) and Supervisor SST card Online. We can issue the card even if you have completed your training with other course provider(s). Please note that, in case your application for an Site Safety Training card is denied, you will not be able to receive any refund - for trainees who completed an SST package (10, 22, 32, 40, or 62 Hour Package) with OSHA Training School, the SST card is processed free of charge. All SST card orders are non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you are eligible to receive the SST card online and have all the required documentation before making the payment. In case you have completed the training with another course provider, you need to submit all supporting documentation as described below, including a copy (front and back) of your OSHA card - OSHA certificates of completion issued by other providers are not acceptable for the purpose of issuing an SST card.
In order for us to verify your OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training, you need to send us a front and back copy of your OSHA card, Please include this with your application Documents Required
